Patient Participation Group

Our surgery is fortunate to have a lively, active and diverse Patient Participation Group who meet on a monthly basis.

They have gone through great lengths to protect the practice and its building at times of uncertainty, and are a true asset to the patient community.

All patients and carers of registered patients are deemed to be members of the PPG and are welcome to attend the monthly meetings.

If you would like to receive the agenda and minutes of these meetings, please email the PPG’s dedicated (and confidential) email address sohosquareppg@outlook.com and your name will be added to the circulation list. If you are unable to attend  these meetings you can send any questions or comments to the PPG email address, and they will be added to the agenda for the next meeting.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
